This article will help you understand an order status known as ‘Long Running Operations’ or ‘LRO’
Once an order has been placed either through Cloud Marketplace or Reseller Control Panel, in certain scenarios it takes time to get provisioned. Till the time it gets provisioned successfully, in Reseller Control Panel (Classic View) the ‘Order Status’ will be automatically punched by the system as Long Running Operation, however in UX1 the status will be displayed as 'Processing'.

Note: If the Order status ‘LRO’ is shown for 24 hours or more, then it should be escalated to IM Cloud Service Desk with all the relevant information.
