In the Cloud Marketplace, you can increase and decrease the user licenses (or resources) of your customer’s subscription.
- Log in to your Reseller Control Panel.
- Click on the Customers tab on the left menu list.
- By default, you will be in the Subscriptions tab. Click on the Subscription name (or can search the subscription using the Search tool) you want to increase or decrease the licenses.
- You will see the subscription details, click on the CHANGE button.
- Increase or decrease the required number of licenses and click on the NEXT button.
- Review the order and click on the CONFIRM button to place the order.
- As the order will be completed you will be able to see the updated licenses (resources).
