Resellers can manage the Connect subscriptions from the Reseller Control Panel. Connect Manual products require manual actions to complete the order placed.


  1. Log in to your Reseller Control Panel.


  1. Click on the My Services tab from the left side menu.


  1. All the connect product subscriptions whose order has been placed but not provisioned will reflect here.


  1. Subscription having ACTIONS as REQUIRES ATTENTION needs manual action to be performed from Reseller’s end.
  2. Subscriptions having ACTIONS as MANAGE are ready for usage. Click on the MANAGE button.


  1. You will see the details of the subscription.


  1. Click on the EDIT button to update or edit the Vendor Partner ID.


  1. As the information is updated and saved, it will reflect in the next purchase of the same subscription during the purchase process.
