Resellers from the US, CA, UK, FR, and AU marketplaces can only submit a subscription cancellation request, but they cannot complete it. As you place the Cancellation Order from your Reseller Control Panel, you will be getting contacted by one of our Sales Representatives within one Business day (except on Holidays and Weekends). They will help you with further procedures.
Follow the below steps to place the Subscription cancellation request.
- Log in to your Reseller Control Panel.
- Click on the Customers from the left panel.
- You will see the list of the existing subscriptions with the Customer Account Names, select the subscription by clicking on it.
- You will see the subscription details, click on the ellipsis (three dots), and then the Cancel Subscription button.
- Provide your comment and click on the CONFIRM button.
- Click on the TRACK ORDER button to check the status of the Order.
- You will see the status as PENDING APPROVAL.
- One of our Sales Representatives will contact you within one Business Day except on Holidays/ Weekends.
