You can assign a service to a User either when creating the User or to an existing User. This article describes how to assign a service to an existing User.
Note: Some services require Users to be assigned licenses from within the Vendor’s portal, you can learn more by reading the respective product’s starter guide.
- Login to the Customer Control Panel.
- Click on the Users tab from the left side menu.
- From the user list, select the user you want to assign the services.
- You will see the user’s details. Scroll down and select the service you want to assign to the user by clicking on ASSIGN SERVICE.
- Set the user credentials.
- Scroll down and click on the OK button to assign the service.
- Services will be assigned to the user.
