You can assign a service to a User either when creating the User or to an existing User. This article describes how to assign a service to an existing User.

Note: Some services require Users to be assigned licenses from within the Vendor’s portal, you can learn more by reading the respective product’s starter guide.


  1. Login to the Customer Control Panel.


  1. Click on the Users tab from the left side menu.


  1. From the user list, select the user you want to assign the services.


  1. You will see the user’s details. Scroll down and select the service you want to assign to the user by clicking on ASSIGN SERVICE.


  1. Set the user credentials.


  1. Scroll down and click on the OK button to assign the service.


  1. Services will be assigned to the user.
