14 How to Activate a User’s myCP Account

- Login to the Customer Control Panel.
- Click on the Users tab from the left side menu.
- Corresponding to the User whose status you want to change from ‘Not Activated’ to ‘Ready’ select ACTIONS > Activate.
- A pop-up window instructs you that once the activation is done the User will receive an activation email. Through the link in the email User will be forced to create a new password in order to login to myCP.
- Click on the ACTIVATE button.
- You will receive a notification at the notification area.
