1) Log in to your Customer Control Panel (CCP)

2) From the left-side menu options, select Account

3) Select the Account’s sub-menu option Subscriptions (Account > Subscriptions)

4) On the ‘Subscriptions’ page, select the subscription you want to cancel

5) On the ‘<subscription Name>’ page, click the Cancel Subscription button

6) In the confirmation pop-up window select a reason for canceling the subscription and provide comments and click on the PROCEED button.

7) You will receive a notification letting you know that the cancellation request has been submitted

Once a cancellation request has been submitted, Resellers must complete the steps to “approve” the cancellation order from within the Reseller Control Panel. Refer to the following article for detailed instructions ‘Submitting Subscription Cancellations Through the Reseller Control Panel’ (approval steps begin from from step 11).
