Resellers can process cancellations on behalf of their Customers, refer to ‘How to: Cancel a Subscription’ for instructions on how to use the cancellation wizard in the Customer Control Panel.


  1. Login to your Resller Control Panel Click on Accounts > Subscriptions > Select the Acronis Subscription > Click on Cancel Subscription.


For Acronis ‘Volume Pricing’ and ‘Reseller Branding and White Labeling’ subscriptions, after the Reseller cancels an order, they should contact Customer Support and request them to create a ticket with Ingram Micro to process the cancellation order.
