Once you have completed the purchase process on the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace, you can check whether your Customer’s Dropmyemail subscription has been successfully provisioned.
Follow the steps detailed in this article:
1. Log in to your Reseller Control Panel.
2. Click on the Customers from the left side menu.
3. Here by default you will be in Subscriptions tab. Look for the Dropsuite subscription.
4. Under ‘Subscriptions’ find your Customer’s Dropmyemail subscription - provisioned subscriptions will have the status ‘Active’
