The following table describes the most common errors. Once an error’s root cause is identified you can take the necessary steps to resolve it.

General Steps for Finding a Resolution
1) Select the operation’s tab corresponding to the operation which showed an error
2) Under the operation select the phase/error that was highlighted
3) Click on the Manage () button
4) If changes are required, please make them and click on Save changes
If after all attempts to resolve the issue fails contact DME Support.
Note: Once the issue has been resolved, the failed operation will only be attempted again as per its schedule.
