1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel (CCP)


  1. Click on ‘Account’ from left-side menu option.


  1. Click on the Subscription under the Account section.


  1. Select the Autodesk subscription from the list of the subscriptions.


  1. Click on the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button.


  1. From the ‘Reason for Cancellation’ dropdown menu,
    1. Please select any one of the reason as per requirement.
    2. Provide your comment under the ‘Your Comment’ section.
    3. Click on ‘Proceed’.


  1. You will receive a confirmation notification saying ‘Cancellation Request Submitted’.
