09 How to Cancel a DocuSign Subscription

If you / your customer does not want to continue with subscription services of DocuSign, you can cancel this subscription to end automatic renewal. Please follow below process to perform the action:
- Login to your Customer Control Panel.
- Click on DocuSign at the left hand menu.
- On DocuSign page, navigate to ACTIONS > Cancel Subscription.
- Select the reason of cancellation and click on PROCEED
- If you are a reseller and placed the cancel order for your customer, login to your Reseller Control Panel and process the Subscription Cancellation Request.
- Once the order will be processed, the subscription will be terminated from customer’s account.
