QuickBooks online is available any time on any device however if you require the client to access QuickBooks from your desktop, follow the instructions in this article (for system requirements – Windows and Mac – refer to this article).
1) Log in to the Customer Control Panel
2) From the left side menu options select Quickbooks Online
3) On the ‘Quickbooks Online’ page, click ‘Download’ corresponding to either the client for Windows or Mac) on the ‘DOWNLOADS’ tile
4) When download is complete click on QuickBooks-Setup.exe to run setup
5) If you already have an online account use the same credentials to sign in to your account otherwise, complete the steps to create your account
