03. How to Check the Provisioning Status of Your AvePoint Subscription Order

Once you have placed the order, you can check the provisioning status of the subscription from Classic Control Panel. Please follow below steps to check the provisioning status of the order for the AvePoint Migration Suite.
- Login to your Cloud Marketplace. (https://xx.cloud.im )
- Click on the CONTROL PANEL.
- You will be redirected to the Unified Control Panel.
- Click on the Classic Panel button to switch to the Classic Panel.
- You will be redirected to the Classic Control Panel. Please click on the Billing at the top right corner.
- Now click on the Orders option in the left side menu.
- You will see the list of the orders. Click on the Order Number to open it.
- Here you will be able to see the Order Status.
- As the Order Status will change to Completed, subscription will active and running.
