Starter Guide
IDSync is a cloud management service that acts as a single identity management platform that both Resellers and Customers can use. It eliminates redundant data entry and reduces technical and administrative efforts to maintain current and accurate data in both Active Directory and Hosted Exchange while capable of connecting to PSA tools such as Autotask and ConnectWise.
IDSync service plans are found in the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace under CLOUD SERVICES > CLOUD MANAGEMENT SERVICES.
Service Plans are ideal for both Re-sellers and Customers. Following is a list of all available services plans and their target audience:

IMPORTANT! You cannot purchase service plans designed exclusively for Re-sellers and Customers at the same time. You must complete the purchase process of one and then return to the Cloud Marketplace to purchase the other.
For most Customers, the Reseller is usually their System Administrator. However, if you require assistance configuring these tools on the Administrator’s end, IDSync offers professional services. Select ‘IDSync - QuickStart Service Packages’ on the ‘Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace’ (refer to the Scope of Work for more information). To purchase the QuickStart subscription from the CMP, click the Request Service button and then fill and submit the assistance request form. There will be a single charge for this service.
Note: QuickStart is also available on CMP after selecting a service plan and also when purchasing additional services from the Customer Control Panel (i.e. Customer Control Panel > Account > Buy Additional Services).
