You can begin using your IDSync product once provisioning is complete. Follow the steps in this article to check provisioning status.

1) Log in to your Re-seller Control Panel and switch to Classic Panel.

2) Ensure ‘Billing’ is selected from the top menu

3) Select ‘Subscriptions’ under ‘Operations’ from the menu on the left

4) On the ‘Subscriptions’ page you can use the search feature to locate your subscription by 1) entering the product’s name in the ‘Subscription Name’ field and then 2) click the  search button

5) The IDSync subscription will be listed in the table below the search feature and you can see under ‘Service Status’ that the IDSync subscription is ‘Running’ which means provisioning is complete
