1. Login to the Customer Control Panel.


  1. Click on Accounts at the left side menu.


  1. Now, click on the Subscriptions option in the Account section.


  1. Here you will see the list of the subscriptions. Click on the IDSync (identity Synchronizer) from the list.


  1. Here you will see the information of the subscription.


  1. Click on the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.


  1. You will get a pop – up. Select:
    1. Reason for cancellation


               2. Provide your comment and click on the PROCEED.


  1. Review the details and click on the CONFIRM.


  1. You will receive the notification at the top right corner.
