If any user hasn’t receive a welcome email or has deleted the email, so you can resend the Welcome email to the user. Follow below process for resending the Welcome email.

Note: This option is only available for Users or Admins who have not accepted their invitation yet.


  1. Login to the Customer Control Panel.
  2. Click on the Dropbox option in the left side menu.


  1. On the Dropbox section, scroll down to view the list of the users.
  2. Click on the ACTIONS > Resend Welcome Email button for the user you want to resend the invitation email.


  1. Email notification will be sent to the user’s registered email address.
