‘Team Name’ automatically assumes the company name associated with the selected during checkout on Ingram Micro’s Cloud Marketplace. If the company name exceeds 20 characters, this error will occur and the customer cannot proceed to create team members, etc.
Under the error message:
1) Enter a name that does not exceed a character count of 20 in the ‘Team Name’ field
2) Click the Save button
