You can either re-assign the Team Admin role using the one-time function available in CCP (refer to ‘How to: Re-Assign the Team Administrator Role (CCP)’) or assign the role of Team Admin to a user from Dropbox’s Admin Console (refer to ‘How to: Assign Administrative Permissions to Team Members & Synchronize Info with CCP’).
