Once provisioned, you will receive an email to the email provided as the administrative contact when the customer account was created). If not, the email provided will receive a prompt to complete . Please ask to have this forwarded or complete the following:
- Verify that your customer has ownership of their domain.
- Issues adding TXT record? Try to Add a CNAME record instead.
- Point your customer's MX records to Google and you’re done.
