08 Next steps after provisioning a new Google Workspace Subscription Print

Once provisioned, you will receive an email to the email provided as the administrative contact when the customer account was created. If not, the email provided will receive a prompt to complete . Please ask to have this forwarded or complete the following:

  1. Verify that your customer has ownership of their domain. 
    • Issues adding TXT record? Try to Add a CNAME record instead. 
  2. Point your customer's MX records to Google and you’re done.
    • Troubleshoot MX records.
