15. How to Disable Auto-Renewal

- Login to your Customer Control Panel & click on Account from the left-side menu options:
- Now on the Account page, click on Subscriptions from the left-side menu:
- Find & click on IBM Connections:
- Click on Disable Auto Renewal:
- A confirmation message will be displayed:
