Distribution lists can be created from within the Ingram Micro Cloud Customer Control Panel.

Follow the instructions below to create a new distribution list.

1)    Log in to the Customer Control Panel and ensure that the correct subscription is selected from the drop-down list at the top, right-hand side of the page.

2)    Navigate to the Exchange tab and then to the Distribution Lists sub-tab.

3)    Click on Add New Distribution List.

4)    Fill in the required fields as in the example below and click Submit.

5)    Navigate back to the Distribution Lists sub tab and click on the name of your new list.

6)    Navigate to the Members sub-tab and click Add New Member.

7)    Select the members to add to the distribution list by clicking the checkboxes in the appropriate rows and then click Submit.

The members you selected will now receive emails sent to the distribution list.
