Each mailbox user can access their mailbox control panel to manage their mailbox. They will not be able to access other mailboxes within the domain. This article explains mailbox users can reset their access password.


1) Log in to your Customer Control Panel using your mailbox user credentials.



2) Click Login.




3) Here you will see your mailbox details and status. Click the Change Password button.




4) You may enter in your secure password or use the Generate new Password button to automatically generate a secure password for you. Once complete click Submit.




This completes the process for resetting your mailbox password. Next time you log in, you will be able to use this new password to access your mailbox.
