IMPORTANT! These steps apply only for viewing the temporary password provided by Microsoft. This is recorded in the Customer Control Panel when the subscription is provisioned.
Once this temporary password has been reset or changed, the new password will not be recorded in the CCP. Please refer to ‘Admins: Reset Office 365 passwords’ to learn how to reset a forgotten password.
1) Log in to your Customer Control Panel (CCP)
2) From the left-side menu, select the Microsoft CSP option
3) The ‘Microsoft CSP’ page opens:
4) Under MY OFFICE 365, click View Password
5) Use the eye () to view the password:
Once this password has been modified. This field will be blank.
