If required, you can turn the auto-renew option on a subscription on or off. Follow the instructions in this article to learn how:

 1) Log in to your Customer Control Panel (CCP)


2) From the left-side menu, drag the page down & select the Account option


3) Under the Account’s sub-menu options, select ‘Subscriptions’


4) On the ‘Subscriptions’ page, select the subscription for which you want to disable auto-renew for:


5) The ‘<subscription name>’ page opens, where you can see whether auto-renew is enabled

6) If auto-renewal is enabled for the service plan, the Disable Automatic Renewal button will be active, if the auto-renewal is disabled, the Enable Automatic Renewal button will be active
