FAQ - Error Message: Use Limit Exceeded Print

ERROR: 27006 Use limit is exceeded for Offer id 'XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX'

Meaning: You cannot order two subscriptions of the same name.

Solution:

If you want more licenses, you can increase the number of licenses from the customer control panel or reseller control panel.

If you want to change the billing cycle, please contact support at IMCloudServiceDesk@cloud.im.
