Follow the steps below to create a new MySQL database.
1) Login to your cPanel account at HTTPS://IPADDRESS:2082.
2) Click on MySQL® Databases in the Databases section.
3) In the New Database field, type a name for the database.
4) Click Create Database.
Click Go Back. The new database will appear in the Current Databases table.
