This alert allows you to set a budget so that when resource usage nears, and then exceeds the allotted budget, the Administrator will begin receiving email notifications.

The first alert goes out when resource usage reaches 80% of the budgeted amount, then you can decide whether the Administrator should receive alerts only once after exceeding the budgeted amount or on a daily basis. These alerts will go out as email notifications to the Administrator (i.e. whoever’s email ID is indicated under ‘Administrator’).

1) Log in to the Customer Control Panel (CCP)

 3) Indicate whether you want the Administrator to receive a daily alert or a one-time alert when resource usage exceeds the budgeted amount i.e. select between ‘Send email daily after budget overuse’ or ‘Send email only once after budget overuse’
