FAQ: how to create a support ticket with Check Point

In order to escalate an issue with your purchased solutions from Check Point, you can use the following steps and resources. We recommend starting with the "Live Chat" and then creating a Service Request if you are unable to resolve your issue via chat:
- Go to the Support landing page and click on "Services Requests": https://www.checkpoint.com/support-services/contact-support/
- Click on "Create a New SR" and then select the correct SR category:
- Enter the relevant details and then click "Submit" to complete the request
