Overview

You can update the license seats from the Customer Control Panel. Please follow the below process for upgrading the license seats of Cisco Umbrella.

Process

  1. Log in to your Customer Control Panel.

  1. Click on the Cisco Umbrella tab from the left side menu, or Cisco Umbrella Tile at the Dashboard screen.

  1. You will be on the Cisco Umbrella page, you will see the details of the administrator.

  1. Scroll down and click on the MANAGE LIMIT button.

  1. Update the required resource limit (license seats) and click on the OK button.

  1. Review your order and click on the CONFIRM button to place the order.

  1. As your order will be completed, you will see the updated resource limits.
