You can update the license seats from the Customer Control Panel. Please follow the below process for upgrading the license seats of Cisco Umbrella.
- Log in to your Customer Control Panel.
- Click on the Cisco Umbrella tab from the left side menu, or Cisco Umbrella Tile at the Dashboard screen.
- You will be on the Cisco Umbrella page, you will see the details of the administrator.
- Scroll down and click on the MANAGE LIMIT button.
- Update the required resource limit (license seats) and click on the OK button.
- Review your order and click on the CONFIRM button to place the order.
- As your order will be completed, you will see the updated resource limits.
