Overview

You can view user's information from Secure Mailbox Users list.

Note: Ensure you are in ‘Active List’ mode. If you are in ‘Classic List’ mode click on the wrench icon () and select ‘Active List’.

Process

  1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel
  2. From the left-side menu options select Secure Messaging App
  3. On the ‘Secure Mailbox Users’ page, the ‘Secure Messaging App’ tab is selected by default
  4. All Users with login credentials for Secure Messaging App will be listed here
  5. Corresponding to the User whose information you want to see, click on the arrow button () to expand

You will be able to see the User’s first name; last name; email address and status.
