You can synchronize user’s data from Customer Control Panel, if you are not able to view the user on portal.

Note: Ensure you are in ‘Active List’ mode.


  1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel.


  1. From the left-side menu options select Secure Messaging App.


  1. On the ‘Secure Mailbox Users’ page, the ‘Secure Messaging App’ tab is selected by default.
  2. All Users provided login credentials for Secure Messaging App will be listed here.
  3. Corresponding to the User, whose information and preferences you want to synchronize with Delivery Slip, click on the Synchronize
