- Login to your Customer Control Panel & click on ‘Account’ from the left-side menu options:
- Now click on ‘Subscriptions’:
- Click on the relevant Entrust subscription:
- Click on ‘Cancel Subscription’:
- Provide the reason for Cancellation & click on ‘Proceed’:
- Once the cancellation request has been submitted, please get in touch with your Reseller to proceed.
- Once the subscription is cancelled, the status will change from ‘Active’ to ‘Terminated’:
