When an ESET subscription is placed on hold it prevents any administrative tasks from being performed.
- Log in to your Reseller control panel.
- Click on Customers from the left side menu.
- You will see the subscriptions here. Search the subscription using the search box.
- Select the ESET subscription you want to put on hold.
- You will see the subscription details. Navigate to ellipsis and click on the Put on Hold button.
- Subscription will be put on hold.
