When an ESET subscription is placed on hold it prevents any administrative tasks from being performed.
1) Log in to your Reseller control panel.
2) Click on Customers from the left side menu.
3) You will see the subscriptions here. Search the subscription using the search box.
4) Select the ESET subscription you want to put on hold
5) You will see the subscription details. Navigate to ellipsis and click on the Put on Hold button.
6) Subscription will be put on hold.
