1. Login to your Customer Control Panel & click on ‘Norton’ from the left-side menu options:

  2. On subscription page under ‘Norton Users’ heading, click on the user for whom you want to unassign the seat:

  3. Once the User’s page is visible, scroll down till User Services heading & click on ‘Actions’ under Norton:

  4. Further click on ‘Unassign license’:

  5. Click on ‘Unassign’ to confirm:
