Objective

If you wish to cancel your RMail subscription manually, so you can do this from the Customer Control Panel. Once the cancellation request is submitted, contact your reseller to complete the request.

Process

  1. Login to your Customer Control Panel.

  1. Click on the RPost from the left side menu.

  1. Now you will see the RPost subscription information page.

  1. Scroll down and click on the ACTIONS > Cancel Subscription.

  1. On the pop – up window
    1. Select the Reason for Cancellation
    2. Provide your Comment and
    3. Click on the PROCEED.

  1. Once the cancellation request is submitted, contact your reseller to complete the request.
