The Customer Control Panel provides information such as Trend Micro Chat Support hours; Support phone number and links to the Trend Micro knowledge base and regional corporate chat support.

  1. Login to customer control panel


  2. Click Trend Micro WFBSS


  3. Trend Micro Cloud App Security’ page, scroll down to the ‘SUPPORT INFORMATION’ tile and view or use the support information there

  4. If you click website, you will be redirected to support landing page.

  5. If you click Chat, you will be redirected to chat support landing page. Fill the required fields and click start chat
