Cancellation Window

The cancellation window of Microsoft NCE seat-based subscriptions has been changed from 72 hours to 7 days, for a pro-rated refund. Please see - March 2022 announcements - Partner Center | Microsoft Docs
The cancellation window is applicable for any new orders, renewals, and mid-term seat additions.

  1. Login to your Ingram Micro Reseller Control Panel. 

  2. Type in Microsoft NCE and click on the Microsoft NCE (Catalog) in search suggestions. 

  3. Click on Microsoft NCE (Catalog) tile. 

  4. You will get the list of available service plans, click SEE MORE to find the full catalog. Select your required service by clicking on ADD TO CART button available in front of the selected service plan. 

  5. As the service plan is added, scroll up and click on the Cart icon. 

  6. Review your cart and click on the NEXT button.  To add more licenses, click on the + button to add, or button to subtract. 

  7. In the next step, either you can Select an Existing Customer from the list or you can Add New Customer if you are placing this order for a new customer. In this example, we’ve selected an existing customer. Once the customer is selected/ created, review the details and click on the NEXT

  8. If the Partner MPNID and Indirect Reseller Tenant ID have been entered correctly, you will see READY status and details, with details of your parameters and no additional information needed under the Additional Information to configure NCE Microsoft 365 Commercial section. Click NEXT when status is READY to complete. 

    • If your screen shows INQUIRING status, please follow Step 9; otherwise continue to Step 10. Click NEXT when status is READY to complete. 

  9. Please follow this step only if your screen shows INQUIRING status.
    • Please fill in the form under “Additional Information to configure NCE Microsoft 365 Commercial” to fill in needed MPNID and Tenant Domain ID information. To know the process for obtaining your Partner MPNID and Indirect Reseller Tenant ID, please refer to the following article - How to obtain your Partner MPNID and Indirect Reseller Tenant ID.

  10. If your selected customer already has any Microsoft Subscription with Ingram Micro, their tenant ID will populate automatically, else either you have to create one or add an existing tenant of the customer by accepting the CSP relationship with Ingram Micro. 

  11. Review your customers’ information and accept the Microsoft Customer Agreement. Click NEXT when complete. 

  12. Review your order. At this page scroll down, check the box for Terms and Conditions and click on the BUY button to place the order. 

  13. You will receive an Order Number for the same, click on the TRACK ORDER button to view the status of the order.
