• Which MaaS360 version the client wants
  • Customer / end user contact information
  • CEID – Your Ingram Micro contact can help you with this if you do not know. (This is only needed if it is your first transaction on CMP.)
  • Charge agreement number (also known as the legacy IBM Order Number). If the subscription ended less than 60 days ago on PPA or will soon terminate you’ll need this number. If you don’t know it but your PPA order is with Ingram Micro we’ll be able to retrieve it for you. This is the key piece of information to tie the old subscription with the new one being transacted on CMP.
  • If you have the customer existing IBM MaaS360 Account ID, that would be good to provide. If you do not have it, then leave this field blank.
