This article explains the process of how you can see the status and know the details of orders that have already been placed.

- Log in to Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace
- After successfully logging in, click Autodesk from the left-side vertical navigation pane.
- Click Launch in the Autodesk tab.
- Click Orders from the left-side vertical navigation pane.
- The page that opens up will show the list of all the orders that you have already placed. The status column will show the current status of the order.
- You can use the Filters section to filter and search the list of all your users.
- Click an order to open the Order Details page. Here you can review all the details related to an order.
- Click on the STATUS button to see the details of the ordering process for this specific order.
