  1. Click on the circled question mark at the page's bottom left corner and select Contact Us  
  1. The Contact Us page will provide two options to contact Support: 
    • Cloud Support - Click the Cloud Support tab for software, ordering, or billing questions. Make sure to provide the required information, and then click Submit.
    • Web and e-solutions support - Click the Web and e-solutions support tab if you need help with login or technical issues. Fill in the necessary fields with the required information, then click Submit.


  1. Another option is to chat with an agent or call and talk to an expert.
